Basic Information

Visa Consultancy: Bengal trips Helps with document preparation, assessment, and supporting documents. To obtain a visa from Brazil, Bangladeshi citizens must apply to the Brazil Embassy in Dhaka.

Applicants must fill out the online application form in order to receive a visa for Brazil. The online application form is available for completion on that portal for applicants. The gateway URL is https://www.gov.br/.

Following the completion of the online application, the candidate must get all the necessary paperwork ready. Prior to scheduling an appointment, the candidate must pay the visa processing cost. The "Brazilian embassy in Dhaka" pay order can be used to pay the visa fee at any bank located in Dhaka.

The applicant must schedule an appointment with the embassy after paying the visa cost. Only phone appointments are accepted from Sunday through Tuesday between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. The applicant must provide the necessary paperwork to the embassy when they are given an appointment.

Passport: Current passport with all previous passports, with a minimum validity of six months until the intended return date and a minimum of two blank pages for the visa stamp.

Visa Application Form: Complete the online application for a visa by providing all the necessary details. Please take caution when completing the online application.

Photograph: Two recent color photograph (3.5mm X 4.5mm) with white background.

Cover letter: The applicant should include personal details, the purpose of the visit, and the full costs of the trip in a personal letter. 

Forwarding letter from the company: A letter from the employer's office, which could be a NOC/LOI letter on the organization's letterhead pad, Informing the applicant of their name, designation, passport number, and purpose and the visit involved assigning roles, the duration of the visit, contact details, and other necessary information.

Personal ITR Certificate: Applicant must submit his or her last 3 years’ income tax return certificate.

Office Id Card: 2 Copies of office Id card or visiting card.

Tour Plan: It is necessary for applicants to submit their tour plans. 

Bank Statement & Bank Solvency: The applicant is required to provide their personal bank statement for past six months and Bank Solvency certificates.

Hotel Reservation:  A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip and return from the trip.

Airline Ticket Itinerary: A planned itinerary for the applicant's ticket that takes into account the departure and arrival times for the trip.
