An official document or stamp that authorizes an individual to
enter a foreign country for the purpose of leisure and tourism is known as a
tourist visa.
Passport: It is necessary for the applicant to
submit an original passport that was issued within 10 years. After the intended
departure date, the passport must have six months of validity. It is necessary
for the applicant's current passport to have two blank pages on both sides. The
use of handwriting and alternation is prohibited. Make a clear photocopy of the
front page to the last page. In case the applicant has an old passport, they
must include it.
Thailand
visa application form: The Thailand High Commission website has a
visa application form available to download. Block letters are required to
complete the form. The applicant is required to sign the Visa Application form.
Photograph: Recently
captured two passport-sized photos (3.5mm X 4.5mm) that require submission. The
photo must be taken recently with an applicant's frontal view and a white
background without any blemishes. Glasses are not allowed to be worn while
taking photos, but prescription eyewear is permissible.
Cover
letter: The applicant should include personal details, the purpose of
the visit, and who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip in a
personal letter. It is important to address the letter to the Visa Officer at
the Royal Thai Embassy in Dhaka. It is necessary to include the Visa category
in the subject line.
Forwarding
letter from the company: A letter from the employer's office, which
could be a NOC/LOI letter on the organization's letterhead pad, Informing the
applicant of their name, designation, passport number, and purpose and the
visit involved assigning roles, the duration of the visit, contact details, and
other necessary information.
Tour Plan: It is
necessary for applicants to submit their tour plans. What is the duration of
his/her stay, the location he/she will visit, and other relevant information.
Office ID
Card: It is necessary to submit copies of the office ID card/visiting
card.
Bank
Statement & Bank Solvency: The
applicant is required to provide their personal bank statement for the past six
months and Bank Solvency.
Income Tax
Certificate: The applicant is required to submit their last three years’
income tax returns certificates.
Company Bank Statements: The sponsoring company or party's bank statement
copy for the past 6 months clearly states the Bank's name and telephone number
with an authorized bank stamp and signature (only If
the company is sponsors the trip).
Company
Income Tax Certificate: The
applicant must submit the income tax return certificate for the last 3 years
from the company he/she works for. If the company sponsors the trip, the
license must be legalized by legal authorities.
Confirmed Airline Ticket: The applicant's airline ticket itinerary will be reserved based on their
trip schedule and return from the trip.
Hotel
Reservation: A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s
accommodation. The hotel or resort must be mentioned according to the trip
schedule
Processing Time:
The total amount of time is approximately 07-10 working days. The
processing time for visa applications is entirely dependent on the visa
office's ability to process each one based on its merit, and may take longer
than the expected processing time.
