Tour Details:
Sadarghat: The southernmost portion of the city's packed riverfront. This is the entry point into the city from Bangladesh's riverine southern districts.
Ahsan Monzil: The Khwaja family, who were the local elite at the time, lived in what was known as Pink Palace. These days, the land lord family's enormous possessions are on display in the museum.
Lalbagh fort: This is the actual location where Dhaka city was founded. The Mughal prince Azam constructed this as the official residence of the Mughal envoy in Bengal.
Star Mosque: A magnificently adorned mosque that is a century old and located in the old city district.
Dhakeswari Temple: Even though it was just rebuilt, the city's oldest temple is one of the intriguing locations where you can still detect Hinduism.
National Parliament Building: Designed by the renowned American architect Luis I. Kahn, this is a singular building in the nation. It's very tranquil to walk around this location and the nearby area.
